An electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in our guest room were useful during stay. The location was stunning and amazing, close to centre of town, several nice restaurants and Montebelo. It also was on the outskirts of Viseu.

Deluxe room with balcony, a terrace, as example accommodated us perfectly. Meals in the hotel were fabulous. The staff members were exceptionally nice and efficient;))

Fine experience there. Special hip new hotel with nice views over the valley. Particularly good location, just a pleasant stroll away from Ramparts of Viseu. Positioned 15 km from the airport.

The unit we got was reasonably large and huge with good views, king bed, for instance.

The location is peaceful and magnificent, 2 km from Viseu Cathedral. The units are huge, comfy. The staff are professional and responsive, we greatly enjoyed them.

Gorgeous pool area, friendly staff, clean inside and outside, delicious food, included morning buffet, good room quality.

The Hotel is very nice, not too big not too small, new and well decorated. Good large rooms and wc, AC and all facilities. Very clean.

Strange hotel, you can’t tell if it’s big or small, sometimes you feel one or the other, sometimes there is too much people for instance in the small swimming pool (the photos really make it bigger) and then you don´t find anyone in the bar. Room cleaning was really annoying, always late in the afternoon, even after we asked twice for it sooner. Staff very nice but very few, and sometimes hard to find when needed.

Thanks a lot all for a perfectly pleasant stay of customer service everywhere else in Viseu. Liked how the well-appointed family room with a nice balcony was arranged when we arrived.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel! The location is perfect, set on the outskirts of the city providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the center while still being close enough to enjoy the many lovely restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with impressive bathroom facilities. The breakfast was definitely a highlight with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cakes, and juices. We also loved the gym, spa, and swimming pool facilities that were well maintained and provided the perfect relaxation option.

The indoor pool area could have benefited from a quieter atmosphere during peak times.

Second time that we reserved this hotel. Large confortable room with a nice view. Very good breakfast and possibile to take it outside. spa available including sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and indoor swimming pool. Design hotel with very good quality.

The hotel provided comfortable and clean rooms with modern decor. The breakfast offered a variety of food options, including fresh fruit and juices. Situated in a convenient location for our city trip.

The lighting in the bathroom was too dim and made it difficult to do makeup properly.
